There are two ways to register for the Murrieta Lupus Walk/Run held in
memory of MaryEllen Hames-Dellacato. Registering on-line is the quickest
and easiest and will simplify the completion of your registration on the
event day.
To register for a team, the team captain must submit a list of team members
on the team Form. Each individual member on the team must submit their own
Individual Registration Form via on-line registration or through the mail.
Indicate the name of the team captain on-line or though mailed forms. |
